Problems with a new theme

    Hi there

    I’ve recently changed my WordPress theme, and even though it nearly converted properly, it seems to have gone wrong with Contact Form 7.

    I contacted the supplier of the theme, but they said that without FTP access they can’t help me.

    When I signed up for WordPress, I don’t recall, or cannot find my FTP account details to get into the site from a different angle.

    Any idea how I can obtain another way of accessing the site from the ‘back end’ so to speak?

    Hey there,

    There are two different versions of WordPress. These are the support forums for WordPress.com, and you have the self hosted WordPress.org version. You can read about the differences here:
