Problems with accessing a phone number for word press

  I have a blog and was charged money for something which I didn’t understand. The payment automatically came out this month and I still can’t access blog. It keeps sending me back to old nonusable blog after I log on. I can do nothing at all on Meemaw’s Bliss. And there is no phone number showing anywhere. I would prefer to talk with someone.

  What is this? Do we just post here in the hopes that someone from word press might see this and give a non descript answer. I need a phone number! Why won’t word press allow users access to serious assistance?
