Problems with adding images and tags to posts this AM

  I tried to create two posts this morning and use the add images button in the editor for images I’ve already uploaded. Whereas Firefox will typically immediately pop up a separate window for me to search for my images to then post in the editor, it either 1)does nothing or 2)navigates the current window to a new full page for me to search my media–from here, if I search for media, it never loads for me to insert in editor.

  Also, it will not allow me to create tags for posts. When I type in text, it does not blank out the pre-filled ‘Add New Tag’ text that is in the tag box, and clicking ‘Add’ does not do anything.

  I have tried restarting my browser and relogging into my account, and again, this goes for two separate posts I tried to create this AM.

  I understand if no volunteers are able to help solve this one for me, but it’s still not working.
  Any suggestions at least with who I can reach out to that might be able to help?

  Hi. I understand you restarted your browser, but have you cleared your cache and deleted your cookies? Or tried with another browser?

  If clearing your browser cache and cookies does not work then it’s important to know which browser and version of it you are using.

  Are you using Firefox 3.6.13?
  Or are you using Firefox 4 BETA?

  If it’s that latter then after you try

  If your are using Firefox 4 BETA then try switching to Firefox 3.6.13.
