problems with adding/mapping new domain

  I’m adding domains- and entering my credit card details but they’re not updating….I’m trying to add dan broom.com and dan broom.co.uk to my danbroom.wordpress.com site. I fear I may have made more than one purchase and it’s not even updated it? Please can you help un pick this mess and get me up and running. best dan

  Hi there,

  It looks like your danbroom.com domain is working great for me! The mapping for it was purchased just fine, the nameservers have been set, and it is resolving OK.

  Your domain danbroom.co.uk however, the mapping does not appear to have been purchased correctly. For that you’ll need to log in to your account and then navigate to the Store >> My Domains and type in danbroom.co.uk. Put through the purchase and it should start pulling up for you!

  Many thanks- the problem turned out to be safari and OSX mavericks- I’m now using firefox to do all this stuff and it’s having no problems:)
