Problems with admin page

    Hi, I have a website set up through wordpress dutchysfitness.com but since last night when
    I log into the admin page it it just comes up as it cannot be loaded. I downloaded the 4.5.6 wp version the other day and I have had lots of problems with plugins etc since then

    It sounds like you’re using the open source WordPress software, which is something completely different from WordPress.com.

    Please post your question in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead. The community there should be able to help you:

    I should mention that 4.5 was released in 2016, so is very old. The most recent version is 4.9.6. If that’s what you downloaded and you’re having problems with plugins, most likely those plugins haven’t been updated in a while either and are incompatible with the new version of Core. In that case you’ll need to contact the various plugin developers for help, as it’s their responsibility to maintain their plugins and keep them up to date with Core releases.
