Problems with billing

    Dear people,

    I saw that I payed 300 dollar yesterday for a website I don’t own anymore. Perhaps I forgot about something but I cannot find the website in my profile nor anything in my billing history and future payment. Can you please help me out. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
