Problems with Blog's 'Settings' tools

Hi there,
Am I the only one having this problem? I am trying to change the ‘Security’ settings of my account, but the info is not being displayed.Before, going to the ‘Settings’ tab (top right corner) I could see the info for: Account, Password, Security, Public Profile, Notifications, and Billing History. Now, if I click on any of these options the only thing I get is a ‘Save Changes’ button.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?
