Problems with Bold News (Woo Themes)

Hello, we at The Hudsucker seem to be having some technical issues with the Bold News theme from Woo Themes. We are a dot-com WordPress account and have had the theme since first purchasing it in 2013. It always worked, until tonight.
We can’t seem to customize it (page will not load), the Woo Tabs widgets don’t work, the theme options link doesn’t open up, and loose HTML coding pops up everywhere on the pages, whether we are drafting it sits above the editor window or on the front page of our site.

Since Bold News is a Premium theme and has its own Support forum, you’ll want to post there if you haven’t. https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/bold-news
You will need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the theme in order to post there.
