    Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.
    this is the message I reseved as I clicked on the blue bottom of the email I received after I cancelled my premium
    Please make sure that the premium is cancelled and the 99€ refunden

    Cancellation of your subscriptions did process successfully. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
