Problems with changing just Sitetitle

  Hi

  I have used WordPress for a little while now, but i dont can find an Answer about the Problem i have.
  I have a local Version to test this but i dont find out whats the Problem with just changing the Sitetitle, (German Version, so – i think in english there is the Blogtitle).
  If i change the Name there, all my Site-links are breaking, the links just do not work anymore.

  Can please someone help me with this, i dont know what to do.

  Hello

  Sorry i dont want to complain, but this really doesnt helps me or anybody else, is just time-consuming.

  I have written that i have a local Site to test this! but also there is a live Site where the Problem also exists.
  So… can anybody helps ?

  I don’t can provide the link. is not helpful anyway or do you need to look at the Sourcecode or Backend?
