Problems with comments being blocked

  Hi

  A problem is occurring on my site where regular posters are seeing comments being blocked via the system. I get a good number of comment many of whom come from regulars who I allow to post links. But some are getting blocked. Does anyone have thoughts on this?
  Here is an example of a link tonight which I removed from the spam folder only for it to be sent to the pending one…

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  It looks like you’re using Viafoura for your commenting system. You should contact their support to see why their moderation tools are blocking those comments. You can reach them here:
