Problems with domain

    Hi, I really hope somebody can help! I have recently decided to move to self hosted wordpress from wordpress.com, I tried to change the nameservers to my new host, but then my website kept coming up as ‘connection not private’. This meant my blog was down for most of the day yesterday, so I reset it back to wordpress.com so at least my website would still be live. Now I have details from my new host and want to transfer my domain, but when I try to access my domain in https://wordpress.com/domains/manage I get a message to say Domains are not available for this site So now I can’t access anything to do with my domain! Please help, I’m not very technical so this is confusing me a lot and I really don’t know what to do about it as you can’t actually access my blog anymore!

    I’m no expert but have you tried asking the hosting company for support?
