problems with domain mapping and user access

  I’m having trouble with a WordPress.com site:

  http://crosspool.wordpress.com/

  Someone else is the administrator.

  I purchased domain mapping via my PayPal but I am no longer involved with the site, so want to extract myself from the recurring payments, which are autorenewing.

  To do this I want to:

  – set up a new card for payments
  – cancel the domain mapping and get a refund on my PayPal (I am within 30 days)
  – immediately reinstate the domain mapping using the new card

  I can’t see the Domain Settings. If I try to add a new payment method, it says “User or token does not have access to specified site”.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  I can cancel the domain mapping and issue you a refund. Also, you need to contact the other users on that site and let them know that if they plan on continue using the domain mapping they need to reach us so that we move the mapping to them.
