Problems with domains

    Hello there,

I have several problem with the mapping of new domains.

Last friday I mapped a domain that had a typo on. I realized about that after paying the 11€ so I tried to get a refund as it was purchased the same day and I get this message:

“You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”

How can I change that? My bill is made on the 10th of October so I don’t understand why it says 30 days ago.

Another problem I have is that, after mapping the correct domain, paying again 11€, changed the dns and have my blog working on the correct domain, suddenly yesterday evening my blog was not working.

When i checked it out I see in my billing history that I have gotten a refund on both domain payments (although I haven’t received the money yet on my bank acount) and that the correct domain doesn’t appear under ‘My domains’, I only have the one with the type (eventhough it also appears as I have received a refund for that one).

It’s all very weird but I would like to have it solved as soon as possible since it’s the blog of my company.

    Thank you very much.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Sara,

I see that another Happiness Engineer helped the other administrator on your site sort out the domain mapping issue, and refunded those purchases. I also checked your domain and it’s working for me here: http://thestartupspost.com/

(It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for domain changes to take full effect, so it may take a little longer for you to see your site when you visit your domain.)

Can you please let me know if you’re still having trouble with that domain?
