Problems with email forwarding

  I’ve set up, so that an info email to my domain will be forwarded to my personal gmail, but it doesn’t seem to work.
  I went on ‘Store’ > ‘My Domain’ > ‘Manage emails’
  It seems to be fairly simple, but is there something I am completely missing?
  The site is private at the moment, but does that make a difference ?
