Problems with featured image showing

  I have twenty elevan as a theme and lately my featured images won’t appear once I publish a post. I always save a featured image for the header and when you click on my posts they are they. Yet they aren’t appearing. This has happened before and I did nothing and it resolved itself. Yet now if has been 5 or 6 posts and it is annoying. Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks! thirdeyemom
