Problems With Header Image
-
Ok, I’m using the Black-LetterHead theme. I go to Custom Image Header, and from there upload a 720×200 .jpg image. After I click upload, it takes me to a cropping page, and I then continue on from there. However, it tells me that the new header image should be up, but it’s not. It hasn’t changed. Is there a problem, or am I just completly missing the ball on this one.

I just checked my Media Library, and there are three cropped versions of my image, and I tried it three times. What it seems to be doing is everything BUT actually posting my image as the header. Why?
-
What should it look like? I see big white letters spelling out “Fry Factory” with the same text in smaller orange letters.

It should look like this:

How you got the white letters is beyond me, mine are orange and I deleted the caption. -

It’s a JPEG file. I’ll try converting it to something else.
All three of the images open for me. Except that one… Why is it a black box? That makes no sense. -
What I see is the same as what is in the photobucket link.

Your original image isn’t the correct size, so the cropper was having some problems. I saved the image from photobucket and increased the width of it. It should be showing now on the blog.

Ok, now it’s just messing with me.
I go back to the custom header upload page after converting it to something else, and it’s changed to what I’ve been trying to get for the past 40 minutes. Probably a server delay. Thanks anyway. -
