Problems with ical/upcoming events widget

  I’m new to wordpress so might be getting something stupidly wrong… Have created a public calendar but the webpage displays entirely the wrong date (that of two days ago) – it is displaying the same, wrong, date, for the three calendar events shown. I’ve checked the calendar and the events are properly displayed in it (all three are well into the future), and I’ve tried with different calendars too. Any idea why it’s doing this and how I can correct it?
