Problems with importation of posts of a website for a blog

    Hello.
    I make importations of post of my website in wordpress.org for my blog, also in wordpress.
    However, a few days ago, the following message began to appear (in portuguese):

    “Processing…

    We are to processing your importation and we will send to you a mail when this is completed. If you don’t receive nothing on the next 24 hours, please, contact the support, for fix the problem.”
    But, the problem persists a week ago.
    I have not called the support
