Problems with importing

    Hey, I was attempting to import a Tumblr blog when I noticed it was stuck – I cleared the account information in order to reset the importer, yet when I attempted to import it once again a notification popped up saying that I can only have one running import at a time, and that I need to wait for the current one to complete. How do I fix this so that I can begin importing again?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
