Problems with incomplete pages loading on cellphone, especially reader…

    Please can someone help… I’m new to WordPress, having no issues with computer access but pages aren’t loading correctly from my phone – mostly in the reader. To be specific, the reader page loads with just a banner at the top, showiing WordPress icon, ‘Menu’ with dropdown arrow (neither of which I can select). The on the right is my gravatar, orange bargraph icon and pencil icon. When I select pencil icon I get the options, but can’t select any. That is all that the page shows, nowhere to follow/search for other blogs, see posts, etc. I’ve tried the obvious clear cache, enable cookies, all that.
