Problems with Jetpack plan purchase

    I just purchased the security package of Jetpack. The purchase process was ridiculous as when i clicked to go to the next page, the new page came out with no content. I had to go back and forward time and again just to carry out the purchase. Then on the last page where it should have shown the activation key, again it just showed a blank page. So again I was lost. After much faffing about, I found the purchases link and followed that. Another blank page. After much trying I was able to see the key when the page didn’t come out blank. I then went back to the admin page of my wordpress install and put the key in but following that, an error came up saying ‘User or token does not have access to the specified site.’ Now my website isn’t recognising that I have entered a key. So I would prefer to have the service by helping me with what I need to do. If that cannot be done then I would be grateful if you could cancel my purchase and refund the cost as this site is not permitting me to go through the cancellation process.
    In addition, I seem to have 3 and possibly four accounts linked to Jetpack which may be causing the problem. I have amassed them over the past few years when I have been trying new projects and have forgotten that I had an account.

    I had a look at your account, and I don’t see any Jetpack purchases under the WordPress.com username you’re using to post here.

    You mention having more than one WordPress.com account linked to Jetpack. Can you log into the other accounts and comment here as each? This is so I can confirm you do own the account in question. Then I can confirm for you which one owns the Jetpack plan.

    We’re not able to help with premium Jetpack services here in the WordPress.com forums, but once we know the correct account, you can log into that one and you’ll be able to contact Jetpack support directly at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support so they can help you sort this out.
