PROBLEMS WITH LODESTAR THEME. HELP PLIS

Hello,
The Lodestar theme does not load well on the IOS operating system. There are problems on Mac, iPad, iPhone … Pages are not loaded completely and only part of it is seen.
It’s strange because most mobile users use IOS.
Can you have a solution? I would appreciate a response.

I checked your site on these devices:
– MacBook Pro – MacOS 10.12.6 (Sierra) – Firefox, Chrome, Safari
– iPhone 5s – iOS 11.0.1- Safari
– iPad retina mini – iOS 10.3.3 – SafariI saw no issues in any of the above devices/browsers.
When you say that the page isn’t loading completely, that sounds like a possible network issue. Could you try clearing your browser cache on each device and then using a different network (ISP), such as a café or library?

We have reviewed it from different devices and it gives the same error. It does not work.
The page does not load completely, only the first part of the web. If you scroll down, the page does not load correctly. The web is cut off.
You can check it, it will happen for sure.You can compare a device that is not IOS and you will see the difference.
I think it’s a thema problem. It can be fixed?

Since I cannot see the issue on your site, and we’ve received no other reports of problems with Lodestar, I don’t think this a theme issue.

That’s right – a Personal, Premium, or Business plan is needed to map a domain.
If you’re not ready to upgrade, the alternative would be to use your domain registrar’s forwarding service, if they offer one. Do not use a masked/framed forwarding option, as that breaks the theme’s responsiveness (ability to adapt automatically to mobile devices.)

Yes! Email forwarding for up to five email addresses is included in any plan (like Personal) that includes domain mapping. So you could have (email visible only to moderators and staff) forward to your main email account, for example.
