Problems with LogIn Warning: 'admin-bar.php' on line 14

  Hello!

  I’m adminstrate a WordPress-Site for some friends. Since some days message appears on the top of the site. I also cant log into wordpress. /wp-admin because of this:

  No.3 Warning: assert(): Assertion failed in /var/www/vhosts/7/129121/webspace/httpdocs/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-16079/htdocs/wp-includes/admin-bar.php on line 14

  What can I do?
