Problems with Menu/Page Hierarchies in "Fruit Shake" Theme

  Hi there;
  I’ve been working for 2 days trying to figure out how to add top level “Menu Items” or “Pages” to my blog. I don’t know if my theme (Fruit Shake) limits the number of Root level menu/pages I can have, but I cannot figure it out. Please help!! I just want top-level — Home/About/Links & Resources/MIA TIps/Guest Authors.
