Problems with MX records
-
I have recently become admin for pcpj.org. We used to have emails with Zoho but the organization has been inactive for a couple of years and so they were not utilized. I set up a Zoho zccount on my own and verified my ownership of pcpj.org.
All went pretty well and I could send emails from (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I have problems with the MX records. MX was already set to zoho.com, but when I had created my account at Zoho I was automatically directed to zoho.eu (I live in Sweden). So I deleted the zoho.com MX records that were already there and replaced them with zoho.eu records.
But when I click MX lookup at mailadmin.zoho.eu it says that the records are still set to zoho.com, and WordPress claims the same. Confusingly, when I test the domain at https://mxtoolbox.com/ it says that it’s set to zoho.eu. And I can’t receive emails. What’s going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, @helapingsten
Please read this
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/Can you please try using the version of zoho dot com instead of zoho.eu
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I am adding modlook to this thread so one of the Happiness Engineer or Staff will fix this issue for you.
Thank you!

Hi!
Problem solved, somehow. I simply emailed Zoho and they did some magic and now it works with the .eu records. Don’t ask me why.
