Problems with my cursor

  On a regular basis, my cursor stops working and I have to use the arrows to move my cursor around. Sometimes my site just locks up and I can’t even shut it down. I have to go to Task Manager to shut down the entire browser. Help.

  Hello @alinekaplan,

  Is it only happening when you’re on your WordPress.com website?

  It sounds more like an issue of your computer/laptop. Since you mentioned, “Task Manager” I assume you’re using Windows. You might get some help from Microsoft Community. This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.

  I really hope this gets sorted out. :)

  Rose: Thanks for responding. This problem occurs ONLY when I am in my WordPress site. it has nothing to do with Windows.

  Hi Aline,

  Please try with a different browser or computer, if the issue persists. I have been looking at your website – aknextphase.com – since yesterday, and it’s loading perfectly on my end.

  You may also want to try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  If nothing works, you can contact your host, GoDaddy to check if there’s something (probably a code) in your website that’s causing the issue.

  I’m afraid, you won’t get much help here. This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.
