Problems with new installation

  Yesterday my site was reinstalled by Jay at Hostgater and I was given a new password. Today I can’t log in at all. IIt doesn’t recognise my passwords or email etc. What can I do ?

  You are again using a WordPress.com account and posting in the support forum that is only for sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site isn’t hosted here. What happens if you visit your site address directly silversurferscanreachforthestars.com and click on the green log in button, then use the log in credentials you were given by HostGator.
