Problems with Page titles versus link titles

  I would like to keep my link for “Home” to say Home. But I would to write something different on the actual home page, I don’t want it to say Home. For example, in the theme example here

  It shows the HOME link at top, but says “I’m a professional Dude” where my page says Home. How do I write something besides Home, but keep the link above as Home?
