problems with payment

    Hi. I am getting emails that my credit card on my account is expiring. I clicked on the ‘keep subscription’ link in the email and I then get an error that says ‘Sorry, this user does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ Then I went into my acoount settings. Under Purchases and Upcoming Charges, it shows nothing. I did add a new credit card (our new one), but I’m still getting the emails that tell me my card is expiring. What’s going on???

  • Hey there @arkmadmin, it looks like you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? You should be able to use the email address that gets notifications. Once you’re logged into the right account, click the link and it should go through.
