I am having difficulties paying online for a new website that I am hoping to host on WordPress. The following is the error message being displayed -‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’
How do I proceed with payment? Thanks -
Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
