  Please I need help with payment. A the payment methods are not working for me and I was wondering if I could pay with other methods like bank transfer

  To make a purchase here at WordPress.com, we only accept payment via credit card or PayPal and other payment methods outlined here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/payment/

  We cannot accept payment by invoice, checks, cash, purchase or money orders, any payment that must be mailed, or payment over the phone.

  Regarding your purchase attempts, your bank is declining the transaction. You would need to contact them directly in order to find out why they’re declining the charges. Once they clear it up, you should be able to make that purchase.
