Problems with payment of dispute and annual charge

I have received a mail from you re cosmojournalism.wordpress.com and a problem with the payment. I have tried to pay the 46 USD, but your site will not let me do this. It tells me that the site is already registered and won’t accept the card details.

According to your account, on 9 September you filed a dispute against us for the renewal of your domain on 26 May. Because of this the domain upgrade was disabled on your account, but the domain has not been cancelled so it cannot be registered again.
To reactivate the domain you will need to pay the chargeback fee to unlock your site. As your payment to us was refunded by PayPal, after you do that, let me know here and I can send you a link to pay for the domain again so I can reactivate it for you.
