Problems with plugin Visual Form Builder

Please see the above forum. There are many topics created in the last month with an issue about the form failing, stating a field is required, even though it’s been filled out. There have been zero responses on the forum. I have a client who has VFB PRO, also, so I went there and reported the issue there, as well. One email sent to them on 6/9 and one on 6/13 and zero response. We paid for PRO, just for the support to not get any support.
I would like to know if anyone knows of someplace in particular I can report this about the plugin author/support? It’s getting sort of ridiculous, as nobody from the plugin has even ACKNOWLEDGED this problem exists. Many people have had to downgrade the plugin to get the form working again. This is a security issue.
Please advise on how to proceed to get this issue resolved.

To clarify, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.Since we’re a separate entity from WordPress.org, we have no control over nor the ability to affect plugin authors that have plugins in the directory over there.
Looking at the Plugin Review page on WordPress.org, you can reach the plugin review team at plugins＠wordpress.org – I’m not sure if they’ll be able to help, but you can let them know about the issue.
