problems with plugins

Hi I just opened a blog with you guys and I can’t seem to have plugins as an option. I am very new at this amd for what I am now reading I guess I can’t add things. so my question is. is there anyway I could change my websites name to “org: or is it to late?

While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
