Problems with polls

I’m trying to access my polls from my wordpress dashboard, but I’m getting the page you get when you first set up a polling account : asking if I want to set up a new polling account or import an existing one. I try to import the one I already have, but the site does not recognise the password and user-name. The same user-name and password allow me to access the polldaddy account direct from the polldaddy page, but when I go to look at the poll results there, they won’t show – instead I get a blank space where the results would normally be.
Any help with this would be really gratefully received!

Hi there!
I’m having a similar problem: when I try to access my ratings reports, there’s just a page saying: “No ratings have been collected for your polls yet.”, even if I put the filter on All Time. And when I try to access the settings, it says: “Sorry! There was an error creating your rating widget. Please contact PollDaddy support to fix this.” Last time this occured, I just waited a few minutes and it worked again, but this time it’s been like this for over an hour.

Should I just contact Polldaddy or is that a common problem today that you guys can fix?
