Problems with Purchases

Good afternoon.
We were trying to upgrade this account with a personal plan. However, while paying bill via MasterCard, the transaction was declined. Quite same thing happened, when we used PayPal account. The PayPal is linked to that very same MasterCard. The credit is not maxed out or otherwise invalid, because we did purchases from that card on same day elsewhere.
Please advise what solution could there be to this particular payment problem?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
