Problems with refund

When I started using your services, I made a purchase of your Personal plan and shortly after, hoping to have better services, buy your Premium plan. Some time later I decided to cancel the plans I had, and when I asked for the refund, only gave me a third of the value of the Premium plan. When checking my bill, I saw that I am charged a $ 99 charge (for both plans) but only a $ 37 refund.
I want to know the following:
1. Why was the refund only one-third of the plan?

Did you retain the domain URL for use on another site?
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. I already remove my domain from any site that might have relationship with him and I am very sure that I no longer want it, and after a while it was removed without problems, but I was not given a full refund or at least decent of what I paid , Even being within the time feasible for the reimbursement, according to what said on the page. I’ve refunded the Personal Plan and domain portions of your payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
