Problems with registering a wordpress site
-
I created a wordpress site yesterday, sheblogstuff.wordpress.com, which I deleted today because my gravatar was not displaying. I started over once again and now I am trying to get the same domain name, but it’s not available anymore. Can you please help me register it with the same name? I really need to use the exact name, ‘www.sheblogstuff.wordpress.com’.

Too bad you did that over a gravatar not displaying. The images are cached and that means they take some time to display.
You ignored all the warnings and deleted the site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/, rather than emptying it https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ or transferring the blog to another username account http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
Deleting a blog URL is not easily done and multiple warnings that deletion is intended to be permanent and non-reversible are given all along the way. An email with a link in it that must be clicked to delete the site is sent and if clicked the URL is gone.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

A wordpress.com account and a gravatar account are one in the same thing.
Why Does Gravatar Say I Already Have an Account?
http://en.gravatar.com/support/existing-account/You can use one gravatar image for each username account. It will apply to all sites referred under the same username account. And, the Gravatar help link is http://en.gravatar.com/support/
If you did this How to Make Your Gravatar Profile Private then you can undo what you did http://en.gravatar.com/support/profile-privacy/
Gravatar/blavatar (favicon) images do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.
For best practices for uploading gravatars, avatars and blavatars scroll down to below the video here: http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2010/01/24/gravatar-avatar-blavatar/
Dashboard → Settings → General
* Replace “http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG” below with the actual name of your blog in the URL
http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Do not keep uploading!
Do not forget to select an image rating.
Know that other bloggers can choose not to display any “erotic” gravatar’s on their site.See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/gravatar-hovercards/
