Problems with renewing

    Good evening, i found out my site is offline and got the information that the domain connection expired. I saw that my old visa card was there and changed it to the new card.
    if i click on the notification ‘renew now’ i come to ‘purchases’.
    if i go to ‘purchases’ –> ‘active upgrades’ i see my theme and an amount to pay. but where do i pay?

    please what do I need to do?!

    Hey there @artsevenstarts , it looks like you had a Domain Mapping upgrade for a while, but it expired some time ago. And we stopped selling Domain Mapping several years ago; we can’t add it back to the account, even from this side.

    But you can connect a domain with any paid plan. I’d recommend Personal. With an active upgrade:

    • You can connect the domain (here’s how)
    • You’ll get more space for your art
    • Ads will be removed from the site
    • You’ll get direct support
    • If you want to, it would let you accept payments on your site too.
