problems with scheduling articles

  Hi
  i know how to publish an article scheduled… at any way it does not appear at the date/time i set … it can dipend from the clock of the server of application ?
  i try to do it for example with a late of few minutes…

  Schedules posts will not appear until the first visitor arrives at the blog after the scheduled time.

  Does it appear if you visit the blog?
