  Hi!
  Please help me solve the problem. I can not get to Settings, and can not open the page with the paid services. In particular, I am trying to purchase the service using your own domain, but it does not work.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
