Problems with “sidebar” in IE

  I have been using Firefox when I’ve been reviewing my site, but when I wanted to check it with IE the sidebar is way off.

  What could be the problem? The sidebar is at the bottom of the side when it should be at top.
  Searched the forum but could not find an answere.
