problems with Stats like button Reader

Hello
The statistics don’t appear no more on my board the system keeps searching and never find (but it ends up working when I go to the specific page for stats only).
The like button doesn’t works anymore when I go to people’s blogs I can’t like. The button stay dull and never become usable.
I also have a problem with the Reader it doesn’t show much posts. The system says there are no more post to see despite there are plenty and plenty of.
Please help!

Can you please clear your browser cache and try again:

I have the same problem with the like button not working. I will try your suggestions and get back to you. I am using Internet explorer.

Thank you for your answer.
I’m using Firefox, I cleared my cache there but it didn’t changed anything. I cleared the cookies too.
I also try to “Like” using Chrome but it didn’t worked better.
I don’t have my second computer with me these days so I can’t try with an other one.You can find screenshots in my library. They are named “Problem…”

Hi Délé – Can you please make sure you have Javascript enabled in your browser?

Finally, if you’re running and extensions or add-ons with the browser (including and especially ad blockers), please try with those disabled too.

Hi,
I found the place options for Java are supposed to be but I can’t find anything about Java there (Cf. screeshot on the library, I went on the options…)
I find Java on C/Programfiles but I can’t do nothing from there.
Is there any other place I can go to do something?I disabled the firewal and Eset Nod 32, it changed nothing.
It’s the same for the only extensions I have on Firewox, wich is Reminderfox.Délé

Hi Délé – In that screenshot, it shows that you’ve blocked pop-ups but allowed them for WordPress.com. Can you please unblock pop-ups entirely and test again?
Can you also please go to Users->Personal Settings here:
https://missayodele.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settingsIf the option for ‘Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages’ is unchecked, please check it and see if that fixes things.
If it’s already checked, please uncheck it and see if that fixes things.
Sometimes that option works better for people one way, and sometimes another, so please see if one way is better for you.

Hi Délé – Hmm. What’s your geographical location (city/country) and who is your internet service provider? Do you connect through a work or school network, or at home?
How long ago did this problem start?

Hello,
I live in Ivry sur Seine near Paris in France and my provider is “Orange”.
I connect through my own domestic network today, I have noticed this problem on last sunday when I were on someone’s else homme in Noisy-le-Grand, also near Paris, through a domestic network on internet provided by “Free”.I don’t know when it really starded since I was off from blogs since several weeks.
Meanwhile it’s something quite frequent but usualy it lasts only one or two hours (anywhere, on my home or not) or it happens only on few blogs for maybe one day at most.
It’s the first time it’s so long and generalised.
Moreover, the other times, the Like mention appaered on the top of the articles I was reading (this time there’s a blank) and the button under the posts were appearing too but as inactive as now.
I would say it happens average about one or twice a month but sometimes it can appear 3 times in the same week then no more for two months. -
Hi Délé – If it’s sporadic, it’s possible it’s a connection slowdown. Do you notice it happening more at certain times of day? Next time it happens, could you test your connection speed here:

Hello, I noticed nothing special, but it used to happen with my any provider, in Paris or outside, in France or in Senegal, Benin, Morocco, with this computer or my second one…

Hi Délé – Hmm, that speed should be fine. Let’s try one more thing.
Using Chrome, could you please go to your stats page where the stats aren’t loading and follow these instructions to open Chrome’s JavaScript Console and check for any error messages or warnings:
1: Use the keyboard shortcut Control+Shift+J
2: Select View > Developer > JavaScript Console.
3: If there are errors/warnings, the console will displays a red icon along with the message text, which is colored red. Please copy paste the content of that and post it in this thread. -

The stats now appear both in Chrome and Firefox without I did nothing
Meanwhile I tried what you ask but it don’t open anything where I can see “View > Developer > JavaScript Console”…
You can see a screenshot in my library.The Like button still doesn’t work neither in Firefox nor in Chrome.
