Problems with “Submit for Review”

    Hello,

    I got a problem with the function “Submit for Review” (WordPress 2.3.3)

    If I create a new post (as an author user) and press the button “Submit for Review”, the admin will see the new post in the post-list with status “review” (not published).

    If I create a new post (as an author user) and save it – then edit the new post and press the button “Submit for Review”, the post gets the status “published”.

    Perhaps it is a bug in wp-admin/post.php ?

    Have anybody some ideas how to fix it?
