problems with the domain

  hallo,
  my blog domain hexenkunst.net is not working any more.

  i have made a domain mapping. but my contract with my registrar has ended on the 30th november. i have made a domain mapping with wordpress to keep my domain.
  until yesterday the domain hexenkunst.net worked on my wordpress blog. now it is not working any more.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It sounds like you had a domain registered through a third-party registrar, then let it lapse with them. Your domain mapping doesn’t renew your registration, so if you let the registration lapse, you will lose your domain.

  Your domain isn’t registered through WordPress.com, so I can’t help you try to retrieve it, but you can try contacting your original registrar and asking if you can renew it while it is still in the redemption period. They might let you – most registrars will impose an additional fee for this.

  Your other option is to wait and see if they re-release it, and then re-purchase it. This is a risky option, since the may not re-release it, or if another buyer has requested it already they could purchase it before you are able to.

  So my recommendation is to go to your registrar and try to work with them to resolve your registration.
