Problems with the email (MX registry)

From the time I redirected my domain to WordPress, my email stopped receiving messages. According to Google, it conflicted with the MX record that needs to be changed. First I made the requested change and it did not work. Now I can not find the place to make a new change. I need an urgent help !!! Thank you

What is the site/domain that you need help with, starting with https:// to make it clickable? The site you’ve linked to is not using a custom domain.

Hi, it looks like JCARNETI.COM isn’t mapped here right now and hasn’t been for a while. So it’s pointed to our servers, but we don’t have DNS records (including MX records) for you.
Can you do two things?
– Point the domain back to the old provider. This is just temporary but that way we can find out what MX settings you should be using.
– Get domain mapping again so you’ll be able to add MX settings here
Once they’ve been added to our servers, you can go ahead and point the domain here again.
Do bear in mind that all DNS changes can take a few hours to take effect, but if you’ll respond here once you’ve got those two steps taken care of, we’ll do our best to make sure everything looks right so you’ll minimize the time you have to wait. Thanks!
