Problems with the Facebook Like Box Widget

    My Facebook Like Box is not showing my followers’ pics from my Fan Page. The strange thing is that it was showing the pics before and now, everything that appears is an empty space, as it was there but in an invisible way.

    In addition, I cannot see the quantities of views on the sharing buttons, thing that was possible before. Seem to me that things are getting worse on WordPress.com. What is going on?

    Hi there,

    When I visit your site, everything appears to be displaying correctly for me in your Facebook widget. Here is a screenshot of what I see when I visit: https://cloudup.com/ctX1vgvy6xB

    So the good news is that if I can see it correctly, it’s a good bet that your visitors see it that way too. I suspect that your browser may be at issue here, so can you try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies, try a different browser, or a different computer if you can, and see if the problem persists?

    Thank you Jerry for the quick help.

    I’m using the last version of Google Chrome (31.0.1650.63 m) and I cleaned the cache, as you advised me to do. But the problem persists.

    I checked the site myself with Internet Explorer and you are right. With Internet Explorer, it is possible to see the Facebook widget. The problem is that I’m not using a weird browser. I’m using the leader Browser in Brazil and the second in United States. Here, in Brazil, where most part of the people uses Chrome, it is certain that this is a main issue for me and not an unimportant problem.

    Hope that this can be solved as soon as possible.

    I checked the site myself with Internet Explorer and you are right. With Internet Explorer, it is possible to see the Facebook widget.

    Have you deactivated any extensions that you may have added to your browser? I am using the same version of Chrome (on a Mac, not PC) and the images are loading as they should.

    Hey Jerry!

    Well, I didn’t find any locked extension but, after knowing you are seeing the Like Box correctly in the same Google Chrome version, I restored the original settings and now everything is normal. I’m seeing the Like Box in my Google Chrome! Certainly, it was something that I did in my browser.
