Problems with the payment gateway

I have some websites with the same product with different domains (Spain, Italy, France). Since yesterday afternoon Italian customers contact us to tell us that the payment gateway does not work for both payments with Paypal and Paycomet. They put the products in the shopping cart, accept the terms and when they click on ‘buy’ instead of redirecting the page to the payment page, the page goes up and a red box appears without any message. We are testing purchases from Spain and can do them without any problem. By not giving us any problem, we don’t know what it is due to. Can anybody help me?!

I can buy from Spain, and I had also do some test buying through a VPN from EEUU and Holland and everything goes correctly, but they cannot buy from Italy. So as I can, is difficult for me to find the bug.
I think that the problems come from the location and the check out page, could be?
I have run out of ideas :(
