Problems with the photo gallery widget

  I’m trying to use the photo gallery widget and when I go to click the “upload photos” button the button isn’t responding, and it won’t open a window for uploading. Is this a problem with certain browsers or something that can be fixed?

  Hi, Jenn. Well, I just added the widget to my test site and was able to upload photos with no problem.

  But I think I see what’s happening. I’ll bet you’re trying to add images in the Customizer, right? That isn’t working for me either. Instead, go to your Dashboard, then Appearance, then Widgets. You should be able to upload images there. Let us know if you’re successful.
